What's New in Hilliard 2008 Hilliard Recreation and Parks Brochure       2008 Natural Gas Aggregation Program The City of Hilliard is continuing its voter approved Natural Gas Aggregation Program and has selected Interstate Gas Supply Inc. (IGS) as the program’s 2008 natural gas supplier at a rate of $1.039 per CCF.  This rate represents a 14% decrease over the current rate. Attached is important information that the City and IGS recently mailed to current aggregation members providing details about the terms of enrollment and the procedure for opting-out of the program.  City residents that are not current members of the program and that have not selected an alternate supplier, other than Columbia Gas of Ohio, will receive a different packet of information in mid-December from the City and IGS.
