Department
The Law
Director is the attorney for the Mayor, City Council and all
administrative offices of the City. The office is particularly
responsible for the prosecution of all misdemeanor criminal
complaints filed under the State of Ohio Code and Hilliard
Codified Ordinances that occur within City limits. The Law
Director is also responsible for the prosecution of all Housing
and Unsafe Building Code violations that occur in the City.
