City Council

City Council meetings are the second and fourth Mondays of each month in Council Chambers of the Hilliard Municipal Building, 3800 Municipal Way at 7:00 p.m. Official holidays can affect these dates, so residents are asked to call 876-7361 ext. 789 to confirm dates of Council & Committees of Council meetings.

Open Meetings

The City of Hilliard by City Charter does not hold executive session meetings. All meetings are open to the public and comply with the State of Ohio Sunshine Open Meeting Law practices.

Form of Government

The City of Hilliard by City Charter has the Mayor-Council Plan of government.
