No partial payment accepted. If your ticket is not a required court appearance, you may pay your ticket by the court date listed on the ticket. Payment is accepted via cash, money order, and personal check. Visa and MasterCard are accepted either in person, phone or by faxing the form with your signature. Payment Options Mail: Include your ticket, signed on the reverse side. Make your check or money order payable to The City of Hilliard for the total amount due. (Do not mail cash). Include a copy of your proof of insurance if it was not shown to the police officer. (To verify look at your citation and make sure that the box  “FR Shown” is checked.)
