Cemetery Road Corridor Overlay District (CRCOD) Click on the image for the district boundary in PDF format Cemetery Road is an important corridor in the City of Hilliard. The City Council adopted an overlay zoning district along a majority of Cemetery Road in 1993 in order to address the unique land-use and zoning issues facing this gateway corridor. The CRCOD places additional development standards onto land parcels within the district to promote well-planned and executed development. The CRCOD text outlines the purpose and intent of the overlay district, the boundaries, as well as the additional development requirements.  All new development as well as substantial renovation, as defined within the CRCOD text, must obtain Planning and Zoning Commission approval.
